SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped with USPS PRIORITY •Standard Processing time for hair is within 7 -10. business days. Business days are Monday- Friday. •(ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED.) No refunds will be issued for abandoned or refused shipments
•No address changes can be made once your order has been placed . Please be sure to check that you have entered the correct address and included any extra information needed, such as an apartment number. •Once your order is placed, no cancellations can be made. Only a refund can be issued. There will be a 30% merchant fee deducted from your refund. Once your package is received by USPS we are no longer responsible or liable for the delivery of them. If you have any issues with your package, please contact your local USPS office.


RETURN POLICY 

Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. There is a 30% fee on all refunds to cover merchant fees. If you receive your hair and decide that you want to return it for any reason, you have 72 hours to do so. Once 72 hours have passed after receiving your order, we will not be able to give you a refund. ( THE HAIR MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION THAT IT WAS IN WHEN IT WAS SENT OUT ) YOUR REFUND WILL BE DENIED IF THE HAIR IS NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL STATE. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON HAIR THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED.) Important Hair care tips are given to all customers. It's the customers responsibility to follow the hair care tips & take care of their hair. The ties on the hair cannot be cut off. (NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED ON CLIP INS, TAPE INS, OR WIGS.)

REFUND POLICY 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product.

All sales are final. If a refund is approved at our discretion, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total purchase price. This fee covers order processing, packaging, and restocking costs. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.Orders cancelled after processing are also subject to the 30% restocking fee. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout and may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank.

 

Pickup Policy
All orders must be claimed within the designated pickup window communicated at the time of purchase.Orders not picked up within 7 calendar days of being marked ready for pickup will be considered abandoned. Once an order is deemed abandoned, it is no longer eligible for pickup, refund, or replacement. The Couture Effect is not responsible for unclaimed orders and does not provide indefinite storage for purchased products. By placing an order, the client agrees to all policies stated above.
