All sales are final. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. Refunds, if approved, are granted strictly at our discretion. Approved refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which covers order processing, packaging, handling, and restocking costs. Shipping fees, taxes, and any additional service charges are non-refundable. To protect against fraud, the shipping address must match the billing address associated with the payment method used at checkout. Orders that do not meet this requirement may be delayed, canceled, or held for verification. We reserve the right to request additional information before fulfilling any order flagged for verification. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Shipping & Processing Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Standard processing time for hair orders is 7–10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. This includes address changes. Please review your shipping information carefully and ensure all details are correct, including apartment or unit numbers, before completing your purchase.

Orders that are refused, abandoned, or returned to sender are not eligible for a full refund. If a refund is approved, a 30% merchant/restocking fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount.

Once your package has been received and accepted by USPS, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages. For any delivery-related issues, please contact your local USPS office directly.
